PRINTS

Photos are printed at a professional imaging lab on archival luster paper with a satin finish. Prints are fade resistant for 100+ years if kept out of direct sunlight or humid conditions.

Photographs are printed with a full-bleed. This means there is no border and the printed image is true to the size you order.

Various factors are taken into account to determine a print's maximum printable size. These include camera sensor size, how much a photo is cropped from it's original file, if a tripod was used, if the subject is moving, how light or dark it is outside, etc...

All images have their available size options listed and typically can't go any larger.

Yes! Custom sizes can be requested if they're within the maximum printable range. Photos usually can't print larger than the maximum size listed.

For example, if you have a vintage frame with a print opening of 11"x15.5" and the photo is listed as 11"x14", that can be accommodated.

A print with a maximum listed size of 16x20 cannot be printed as a 30x40.

For custom sizes, please message me with a size request and I will send you the pricing and a preview of any crop differences in the image.

Open edition photographs are sold with no predetermined limit to how many prints are made. I also may license these prints to retailers from time to time.

Limited edition photographs have a predetermined number of prints that are made. These photographs are numbered and signed by Jennifer Meyers and also come with a signed certificate of authenticity. Once all the predetermined prints are sold, that image will no longer be available for purchase. (though may be used in portfolio or marketing materials by the artist).

Open print runs ship directly from the printer to you and do not come signed.

Limited edition prints come signed, dated, and numbered on the back of the print.

I do not sell any digital files of my photographs as it can conflict with current and future retail licensing agreements.

Unfortunately, no. Photos licensed by retailers are under exclusivity contracts and can only be sold by them during their licensing time frame.

I also do not print/produce their products or am able to provide customer support for their sales.

If you really love an image that's unavailable, I'm happy to suggest similar images for you.

Shipping

PRINTS - Photographs are printed to order and ship directly from the lab in approximately 2-6 days. Smaller prints tend to ship out in 2-3 days while larger prints take a few extra days to print. All orders ship with tracking.

Time frames are approximate. Please remember that I have no control over delays from carriers once a package is in their care.

FRAMED PRINTS - Framed prints are also made to order. Frames up to 24x30 ship out in approximately 1-2 weeks. Oversized artwork ship via freight and takes 4-5 weeks. For oversized prints that ship freight, the carrier will schedule a delivery time with you directly.

I am currently only shipping domestically within the United States. I hope to expand to international shipping in the near future.

Photographs 16x20 and under are carefully packaged with rigid cardboard backing and a waterproof sleeve to ensure safe delivery.

Depending on distance to travel, photographs larger than 16x20 may be shipped rolled or flat for safest delivery.

I make every effort to ensure that photographs arrive in pristine condition. If, however, a product arrives damaged please contact me within 7 days of receipt.

For insurance purposes, please include a photo of the damaged print and one of the damage on the package.

Prints will be replaced at no cost to you and expedited along the process.

All orders are custom printed, delicate to ship, and unfortunately can not be returned or exchanged. Please double check the sizing you need.

If you have any questions about the process or prints, I'm happy to answer them in advance.
